Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details.

Signature on delivery

We do require a signature on all deliveries. If the package cannot be signed for at the time of delivery it will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.

The Filter was broken when it was delivered

Although the filters are very well packed, occasionally one gets broken because of mishandling by the transport company.  NOT TO WORRY.  Just let us know what has broken and we will replace it for you free of charge.

Delivery Time

Our water filters are hand made in Australia to order and are usually in stock…please be patient your order will arrive. Cartridges are normally dispatched straight away.

I need to change my shipping address

Please advise as quickly us as possible if there is a change to the shipping address and we will endeavour to help you.
